We were completely unaware of the concept of staging a house prior to the recent selling our home. We worked with Suzanne well in advance of the move in order to take advantage of her knowledge of colours. We painted several rooms and replaced a rug so as to neutralize the appearance of some of the rooms. What a difference it made! Yet, as we spent our time and money in this way, we were somewhat unsure if the results would make this pre-sale investment worthwhile.
