A. Waking up every day without an alarm clock ready to go to work because you love what you do! Q. What do you feel is you or your company's biggest achievement since taking the CSP Course?
A. Double sales growth year 2 and then a triple sales growth year 3 (that's from year 2 to year 3). Q. What did you do before embarking on the life of a Certified Staging Professional?
A. I was Retail Sales Manager with Sears for the Fashion departments and I have been a restaurant manager as well as owned my own businesses. Q. What did your friends or family think about your decision of starting a staging business?
A. Though most wished me luck and felt I had the background, skill set needed for business, a great work ethic and attitude to achieve success in the business..... they still thought I was being really “brave” to leave a good job and start my own staging business. Q. If you could give advice to someone considering entering the staging industry what would it be?
A. Be prepared in all areas of business! It's just not about "fluffing pillows" and "de-cluttering"...you have to work hard physically, have great customer service skills and of course, understand the "how to" of staging. That's why you need CSP training! Q. If you could give advice to a Certified Staging Professional who hasn't quite made it to "success" yet, what would you tell them?
A. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. It's important to re-evaluate and change things up, look at different options, and above all service, service, service!! Q. What would you tell a potential student as the BEST thing about being a CSP is?
A. CONFIDENCE.
