A.The ultimate outcome of my work is when I know I am successful. Property's that sell, due to assistance from my staging ability. I feel successful when I motivate clients to trust me and do the recommendations that play a big role in the goal. I feel successful that I have a business based on almost exclusively from referrals.
Q. What do you feel is you or your company's biggest achievement since taking the CSP Course?

A.They thought it was great an extension of what I always had done just a different medium. Everything I loved to do, everything my educational background supported, and everything my work experience complimented.
Q. If you could give advice to someone considering entering the staging industry what would it be?
A.It takes time to build relationships and get a solid reputation in the real estate industry. Keep at it - if you are persistant and consistant with quality designs, you will be successful.
Q. If you could give advice to a Certified Staging Professional who hasn't quite made it to "success" yet, what would you tell them?
A.Persevere and work hard. Two saying's comes to mind. "The harder I work, the luckier I get" and "When you find something you love to do you will never work another day"....I think of them both often.
Q. What would you tell a potential student as the BEST thing about being a CSP is?
A. You will get the best Staging training there is. You will get the support you need for the asking. You will have available to you continuing education - for the taking. You will have a respected certification that is recognized in Real Estate and Staging world.
