A. The meaning of success to me is simple. It means having the freedom to do what you LOVE everyday and making a living while doing it. Q. What do you feel is you or your company's biggest achievement since taking the CSP Course?
A. My biggest achievement since taking the CSP course was to actually open my doors for business, putting myself out there and taking the leap into self employment as a professional home stager-loving every minute of it!Q. What did you do before embarking on the life of a Certified Staging Professional?
A. I used to stage my friends and family members homes for free, redecorate my own home all the time and still go to work Monday to Friday as an Operations Manager in a contact center. Now I get to stage homes as a living. Thank goodness for the CSP designation which support my company in being recognized as the professional business that it is. Q. What did your friends or family think about your decision of starting a staging business?
A. It was no surprise to anyone who really knew me, they knew this was a good step for me to take. I am so glad to have these people in my life!Q. If you could give advice to someone considering entering the staging industry what would it be?
A. GO FOR IT!! Do what you love and accept nothing less.Q. If you could give advice to a Certified Staging Professional who hasn't quite made it to "success" yet, what would you tell them?
A. Do what you love but at first we must give in order to receive. Put yourself out there and the rest will come. Q. What would you tell a potential student as the BEST thing about being a CSP is?
A. Being recognized as a professional in what I do. Home Owners, Real Estate Agents and other professionals will want to know about your qualifications. Be prepared.
