Christine Rae – President of CSP International™ Business Training Academy
Christine Rae, founder and president of the Certified Staging Professionals (CSP) International™ Business Training Academy, is well-known and well-respected for her work in the Redesign and Staging industry and as an international trainer. Her passion for staging and decor, her desire to help people and her talent for training are reflected in the success of the Academy.
Christine's dedication to excellence has developed CSP® into an international success and into more than just a training facility - the CSP® Academy is also a resource centre and a support network.
Linda Woodland – Administrative Manager/Executive Assistant to the President
Linda has been working with CSP® President, Christine Rae, since 1986. First, for 14 years in their former life in the staffing industry; then in February 2003 she joined Christine’s new company, Decorating Solutions (our parent company), as the first employee.
Liz McSorley – CSP® Student Advisor
Liz's background in management and customer service as a section manager for an armored car company (YES, she did carry a gun!) has made her an asset to us from day one. As a Senior Student Advisor, Liz does everything the other Student Advisors do, plus. She is a jack of all trades and has mastered them all as well. She currently does the offsite support for trainers in classes, oversees the other student advisors, acts as a liaison with trainers, and works with the training team to develop a comprehensive course schedule which covers North America geographically in a timely manner.
Lee Rae – CSP® Student Advisor
Lee was Christine’s second employee but first and only son. Lee began by going along for the ride driving Christine to her training sessions so that she didn’t have to be alone. That developed into a position as Workshop Manager, first for Christine and then for several of the trainers – accompanying them to classes to ensure everything ran smoothly so all they had to concentrate on was training.
Janet Murray – Materials Manager
Janet has two grown daughters; is a grandma, and owner of several German Shepherds. She is a hard worker; learning early in life to rely on herself as she brought up her two daughters on her own. She is now married to a wonderful man who is a fabulous carpenter(retired).
Ary VanEyk – Chief Financial Officer
A Certified Management Accountant and affectionately known throughout CSP® as "the Dutch Accountant". Over the years while Christine and the team have built a successful business, Ary has quietly worked in the background on weekends and evenings keeping the books and making sure taxes are paid, inventory correct, etc. By nature a quiet and private man, he has a passion for the volunteer work he does as an assistant soccer coach and travelling when he has time.
