Eco Staging: CSP™ was very excited to launch Eco Staging at Convention 2007. Christine Rae designed this new designation under the Continuing Educational Curriculum, (which is exclusive to graduates of the CSP™ program) as an epiphany after watching “the Inconvenient truth”.

Eco Staging is a tool in which the staging consultant guides the home seller through a simply process of reviewing ways to save energy and resources. The goal is to increase the “sellers” awareness of resources and what they can do to increase the marketability of their property. This process also prepares the seller for their next property purchase.

Through the vision of the Eco Staging designation Christine was able to provide the convention attendees with a wonderful guest speaker from the Ontario government. Whatch the CSP website in 2008 for more details!
