Home Office - Important Comfort Zone!

The home office has become a normal part of most homes today. With our busy lives and so much to keep track of whether prospective buyers actually work from home or simply need a place to keep track of family business - a place to keep things organized and handled easily is necessary for most buyers. Nowadays we usually need to show some form of office area when staging. However, we don\'t want to take away from the number of bedrooms available - so it often works to include the office area in a room that can also be seen as having double duty - a guest room or family room for example. And, as in this picture we need to remove the clutter and all personal business from sight to increase the space and comfort buyer's will see for themselves in the space.

Children's Rooms Should Not Cause Buying Parents Stress!

We help our Sellers with tricks for keeping children's rooms ready for prime time showings throughout the selling process, i.e. packing up the smallest toys that are so hard to keep cleaned up and a place for everything allows for everything being in it's place... Children's room should make buyers feel a connection to the home for their family - you want them to feel the family life will be stress-free in this new environment.

Master Bedrooms Should Invoke Retreat, Romance, Relaxation

It doesn't always take a lot, but a little change can make a huge impact. This master bedroom went from everyday drudgery to a welcoming retreat where buyers can imagine themselves having a romantic interlude with their mate, relaxing with a book, or just sleeping comfortably through the night. Color, balance, and scale all come into the choices we make in our staging.
