Spa-like bath

This very large bathroom in an older home had been remodeled with a touch of new and keeping the best of the old with the claw foot tub.

We created a vignette with accessories on a table by the window. This reinforced the spa-like feel and helped potential buyers imagine leisurely pampering themselves here. The vignette also highlights the window and makes the vanity feel less lost on the long wall.

Master in Downtown Semi-Detached

Before shows how small this room seems with no furnishings. You might wonder if a bed would even fit.

After shows a queen bed fully dressed. Buyers can imagine snuggling in to enjoy a good read or breakfast in bed.

Condo Living Room Transformation

The prep work consisted of removing the wallpaper border and freshening up the paint with a slightly warmer neutral.

Then we loaded in a vignette of inexpensive furnishings - suitable for this entry level condo in a suburb of a smaller city. Often we don't bother with window treatments, but here simple tab tops add a little drama and importance to the high window.
