The first best decision we made was to stay in our home and enhance and upgrade it in order to reap the best market value in the near future and to enjoy the improvements in the meanwhile. This came after looking at other properties with the idea of moving. The second best decision we made was when we chose Mindy Abramson to assist us in our process. As a professional home stager, she knew exactly where it was important to put our money for the purpose of the return on our home investment and what was not necessary for that purpose. She was invaluable in helping us make decisions, creatively and financially that we would enjoy. Mindy has an incredible eye for design, style and practicality. Her guidance, given with patience and great concern and care for every detail, was invaluable to us. In addition, she had many professional contacts that provided us with her discounts that ended up saving us a considerable amount of money. Mindy’s many suggestions and tips were things we would never have thought of on our own. She encouraged us to reuse our things, that frankly we were ready to get rid of, in ways that made us relove them.
