"I can honestly say this is the best money I ever spent. I have watched a ton of these shows on HGTV telling you how to get your home ready to sell, how to de-clutter, and how to organize and prepare for your showings and I though I had it down to science; however, when my house wasn't selling (and we all tend to think our homes are perfect.) I had to stand back and let someone take an honest look and tell me what had to be done. I am one of those people who said "Well why can't the buyer see beyond that" or "why can't they picture their own stuff in here" and I actually cried the first day I came home and all my "stuff" was packed up and staging was well underway. I also know that my house sold literally within 3 weeks after Annette and her crew came to do the staging. She and her team were fantastic!
