2. TEAM WORK OPTION
The Room Ready Handbook™ is included with this option and an action plan is developed, but we work together to complete the actions recommended. This option works great for those who have the ability and time to complete some of the work themselves. Once the action plan is complete, we return to showcase your home using our creativity and knowledge.

ABOUT KATHY

Kathy Sather CCSP™ is the owner of Highwood Homes, specializing in real estate home staging.

Trained as a Canadian Certified Staging Professional by Property Stylist, Jackson West CSP™, Kathy uses her knowledge of the latest lifestyle and target marketing techniques and her creative energy to enhance a property’s appeal to buyers.

Kathy is a CERTIFIED COLOR CONSULTANT, educated and trained by a paint manufacturer and Jan Saunders Maresh, Color Specialist and co-author of Home Staging for Dummies. Kathy has taught numerous classes in paint color and product selection, painting techniques and application of decorative paint finishes.

Prior to receiving her CCSP™ designation Kathy trained and worked with Arlene Olson of The Art of Interior Re-Design. Additional education with the Professional Organizers in Canada further developed her already exceptional organizational skills.

In addition to managing her revenue properties she has successfully renovated and sold investment properties. Kathy's project management skills, attention to detail and home staging skills contribute to the success of the projects.

Kathy has been a self-employed entrepreneur for over twenty years. Prior to training in the home staging industry, Kathy was the co-owner of Macleods True Value Hardware. It was during these years that she developed excellent customer service, problem solving, project management, sales and marketing skills. Excelling in business she and her husband provided training to new True Value business owners.
