Luxe Property Staging completed many projects for my home. They coordinated paint colors for the exterior of our house and did a wonderful job painting. They designed and built a large patio using paving stones that went around a large fountain pond with puck lights in the border and accent lighting in the pond. A damaged water pipe between a concrete wall going from the bathroom and bedroom was repaired. A new concrete wall was installed and mosaic tiles were put back in place like the original. New landscaping for both the front and back yard gave the whole house a new cleaner look. I can't say enough about the workmanship that was performed. Everthing was done in a professional manner and with little distruption to our family. I highly recommend Luxe Property Staging for your home improvement and staging needs. Good Afternoon Kelly, I am writing to thank you for all that you did for me and my husband to sell our home. I could not believe our home sold within 3 weeks. Everyone thought it would take some time because they felt were limited on buyers because of our location, but you made our home look outstanding and the buyers could not resist. The appraiser for the buyer of the home could not believe that our house was 21 years old, he felt it looked much newer. My favorite room was the rec room. It was such a big room but your filled it, and each area was planned out so thoughtfully. Loved how you had the one area for the bar, seating in front of the fireplace, an area for card games etc, and the colors made the space feel really warm and cozy. Another of my favorite things was working with Kelly. You are an easy person to talk to and you have a lot of good suggestions, this is why I let you have full rein. I really believed in you.
