Deanna Dixon is a graduate with Honors from the Canadian Certified Staging Professionals Program and is also a graduate with Distinction from the University of Alberta Residential Interior Design Program. As an active member of the Decorating and Interior Design Association of Alberta (DIDAA), Deanna has experience that includes a wide array of both commercial and residential projects.

People are affected significantly by the spaces that they inhabit, and well-designed, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces contribute greatly to a person's comfort and sense of well-being. Deanna's favourite aspect of decorating is the transformation of spaces, and witnessing the positive changes this transformation creates for her clients.

The Staging Consultation arms the homeowner with the information they need to make their home move-in ready, and is the essential first step in preparing a property for market. This two-hour consultation begins with a walk-through of the home, and concludes with a detailed condition report and recommendations to prepare the property for sale. The report will include recommendations for maintenance, cleaning, clearing, repairing, painting, etc.

Showcasing is the final transformation to make the home ready for photos and showings. Once the recommendations from the Staging Consultation have been completed, we showcase to highlight the most important selling features of the home. For occupied properties, we utilize the homeowners’ existing furnishings and complement them with additional rental accessories. For vacant properties, we bring in all necessary furnishings and accessories.
