Julie credits her design flair to an early exposure to creativity. That passion only grew over time as she was surrounded by multi-talented family members who all shared (and continue to share) a love of inspirational spaces, design, decor and all forms of creativity.

In 2016, following a career in various aspects of business, Julie embarked on a new adventure combining her love of design with her business skills to launch a home staging company. It was a natural fit.

Knowing the importance of creating appealing spaces for potential buyers, she eagerly assists homeowners and real estate professionals gain a competitive edge in today's market. With the assistance of her creative mentors, her mom and sister, Flair Style Co. also offers a seasonal decorating service. Their handmade home decor items and cards are sold exclusively via Etsy and to wholesale clients in Canada and the US.

She is proud to be a CCSP (Canadian Certified Staging Professional) operating under a Code of Ethics and is also a member of RESA (the Real Estate Staging Association). Both of these organizations endeavour to advance education, excellence and professionalism within the staging industry. She is fully insured via Jones DesLaurier Insurance Management Inc.
