Who We Are?

Annette Bourque CSP™ founder of ORGANIZED FOR LIVING & HOME STAGING™ is an accredited Canadian Staging Professional™ and Professional Organizing Consultant. Annette's goal is to strive to provide exceptional Home Staging services to Home Owners and Realtors® with professionalism by adhering to a code of ethics. Annette draws from her experience as a Professional Organizer, a passion for decorating, and her skills as a Staging Professional to provide her clients with a valuable marketing tool that will help sell their properties faster and for more money.

What is Staging?

Staging is a process of preparing any home for sale, regardless of price or location using proven professional set of guidelines and techniques such as rearranging furniture, de-cluttering, maximizing space, creating better traffic flow, editing what doesn't work within a room, and taking care of minor repairs to give the home a ready to move in feel. Adding some finishing touches with accessories and lighting will help to create the "MAGIC" so that aesthetically it will appeal to a wider market.
