Home Evaluation
We prepare an extremely comprehensive client Get Ready to Sell Report included in a Workbook for the home-seller to use to best prepare their own property for showing and sale.
Recommendations in the report can vary from enhancing space and special features by arranging furniture to determining where best to invest your money in improvements to maximize your return.
Consultations can vary between 2 - 4 hours depending on the size of your home.
Property Promotion
Photos of each room of your home will be taken and uploaded to three websites www.upstagehomeredesign.ca, www.canadianstagingprofessionals.com, tinaparker.point2agent.com. to promote your property and maximize market exposure.
If you decide after a consultation you wish for us to stage your home, we
will re-imburse 50% of the consultation fee toward the invoice of a full staging job.

Staging
If you choose to skip the consultation and want your home staged professionally, our first visit will be to assess what work will be required and the time it will take to achieve it.
A contract of expectations will be issued once we determine what work you would like to do to save time and ultimately, money or if you want to relieve yourself of it and save the work for us.
SERVICE LEVELS
BASIC: Our Styling Team prepares the property working only with the sellers existing furniture, art, and accessories to achieve the best sales impact possible..
PLUS: Includes all Basic services, plus UpStage adds smaller "props" to create the desired effect.
PREMIUM: All Basic and Plus services, plus UpStage adds multiple larger props.
MODEL: Complete furnishing and decorating of a vacant property.
All Basic, Plus & Premium levels include the following:

There are varying factors that effect estimating time required to complete a job; reflecting on the final price.
A few factors considered are:
The size and current state of your home;
The amount of work you are willing to do yourself after having a consultation;
The price point of a vacant property. It will cost more to furnish a million dollar home than an average size one based on square footage and the quality of furnishings that would be required to suit the home's target market.

ReDesign with what you already own
If you're tired of looking at the same way your furniture has been arranged but can't find a solution or are uninspired, we can help. We can reinvent your space and help you with colour choices and decorating solutions.
Move-In Service
This service just may be the solution if you have to work on moving day, physically need help to unpack, arrange furniture and decorate or just feel overwhelmed by the move and don't know where to start.
Quotes can be provided if you want the work to be completed in the shortest possible time.
Colour Consultation
This service includes a visit to the property, an evaluation of desired results, recommendations and if considering a colour change on the exterior, a computerized preview of variations in choices
a little about myself...
Since being a child I've been creating one way or another, be it pencil and charcoal drawing, oil painting, sculpture and more. When I began working I expanded my creative skills by using one of the very first computer design programs in 1988, the GK1. It was primitive, much like the manual typewriter and telex machine I used all before the fax machine was even introduced!!
Throughout the years (I won't say how many) I've had a strong passion for home improvement and interior decorating. I've always utilized my creativity to solve the many decorating challenges my friends and family had in their homes. It wasn't until I owned my own homes did I thrive on the before and after results of home improvement and was able to make considerable profit in the meantime.
Now that the act of getting a home ready for a quick sale has an identity, I am excited to find staging is using my creative talents, passion, education and work experience. Which include: interior decorating, target marketing & consumer demographics, consumer relationship management, computer graphic design, and home improvement; all coming together to support staging successfully.
I love that I've been able to jyprock, tape and plaster; paint; change light fixtures and switches; lay a ceramic floor in a large kitchen; and so on. So you know I don't mind getting my hands dirty and I work hard.
