Where to Begin

The first step is the Consultation. During this time I will analyze each room in your home & provide you with a detailed list of recommendations on areas that need to be repaired or replaced and items that should be packed before your Open House. Once the "To Do" list is complete I will return to complete the final staging steps which will best showcase your homes potential.

I also apply this same method when Staging for Living or Redecorating. You will receive recommendations on color choices as well as furniture placement and accessories. If you are looking for new furniture or accessories, I can even do the shopping for you!

Do I really need to hire a Stager?

The answer is simple - YES! On average a seller has less then 15 seconds to make a first impression on potential buyers. Make those few intial seconds count! A Professional Stager can provide the WOW factor that will grab buyer's attentions.
The investment to Stage your home before putting it on the market is less then your first price reduction. This allows you to keep money in your hand instead of leaving it on the table. Summer Time means Patio Time!

Summer is my favorite time of year! The sun is shining & I am very tempted to just sit outside all day! In our climat we are stuck indoors way too much. Now is the time to take advantage of the beautiful weather. Enjoy your deck or patio to it's fullest! Decks & patios have become our outside living rooms so why not dress it as you would your living room. Invest in some good quality sturdy outdoor furniture. Add some extra pillows & cushions for comfort & to add a splash of color. There are even outdoor area rugs available to help define your space. It is always a good idea to make sure any fabrics you are using outside are labeled as Outdoor fabric as well as Fade Resistant. They will stand up better to the elements then regular fabrics.
