LAURIE CARTHER

Owner of Silklaur Design and a recipient of the Board of Governor award from Sheridan College, has been working as an Interior Designer for 28 years. Her work spans both North America and overseas. Laurie has appeared on CBC radio and her work has been showcased in local newspapers. She also teaches a variety of design related courses and workshops throughout the year.

Laurie has lived through personal renovations and appreciates all that clients endure during such a process.

She has relocated 7 times in 17 years (North America and abroad) and sold homes in a matter of days providing expertise in the field of home staging. Laurie clearly understands all that selling a home and relocating involves both physically and emotionally.
