As a full time team co-ordinator of boomers 2 zoomers, I meet the specialized needs of 50+ in Niagara and surrounding areas. We offer clients our team of educated and experience professionals.

When a client is downsizing from their family home it is a very emotional and stressful for the individual and family members. They are usually going into a form of Elder Care, such as a retirement villas, elder care residentence or adult living communities.

dk transitions work with the family/and or executor to prepare the existing estate for sale. In the downsizing process we take into consideration the furniture layout, functionality, size and space of the clients new home.

Services Boomers 2 Zoomers offers through out the transition, but not limited to

-prepare and showcase the property for sale.
-prepare a personalized move plan.
-organize, sort, donate, relocate.
-sale of assests if required, auction, collector's, dealers, garage sales.
-arrange mover, relocate services, arrange for pet care for moving day.
-unpack and totally set up new home according to any physcial or mental limitations.

Words from experience.

Along with having past experience in health field, 6 years ago I went through the process of my mother moving out of her home which she raised us all, and they had owned for 45 years. My Dad passed away prior to her moving out. It was a very hard time for my Mother as she had to part with not only her home but alot the treasures she had inside which we where given. She went to a seniors apartment which did not last long as she fell and broke her hip, along with having several strokes which left her with a unstable gait. So she came and lived with me for 2 1/2 yrs. and I took care of her. Then requiring 24 hr. care she went into a long term care facility, where she still resides today.
I dealt with 3 moves in 6 years with my Mom.
She was very thankful for the smooth transitions.
