As president of Ingenuity & Pizzazz, Inc., Nairn has collaborated with agents and sellers on the staging and marketing of over $600 million in real estate. I have been honored to receive the RESA 2012 Professional Stager of the Year Award and the Certified Staging Professionals 2011 President's Award.I love teaching and am pleased to share my diverse experience and expertise with my CSP trainees.

I am a firm believer in internships. After completing the course work for the certificate in floral design at the New York Botanical Garden, it was mandatory to complete hundreds of hours of unpaid internship with a florist. That hands-on experience was invaluable training for me.
To become an expert at anything, you need to practice, practice, practice! Talent and training are the foundation, but only experience leads to expertise. The magic number for expert status has been identified as 10,000 hours of practice!
I have been staging for 9 years with diverse experience in properties of all sizes, price points and condition. I have consulted and/or staged: downtown sprawling lofts to tiny studio apartments; trophy homes to estate sale condition properties; vacant apartments with either rental furnishings or my new high-end contemporary inventory to cluttered family homes; and new development to Pre-war properties. I have offered services as low as a $300 consultation to as high as a $25,000 staging of a vacant loft.
