Karen Salzsauler – LifeStyled Interiors...

I have greatly appreciated the continued support CSP has provided me as a graduate of their program. It is this support that has helped me to put what I learned into practice and begin building my own staging business. I would like to emulate CSPs example, helping recent grads of the program to build their competence and confidence and so chose to become a CSP mentor. What a wonderful and fulfilling opportunity to give back to the staging community! Christine Rae has always promoted the thinking that as CSPs we are not each other’s competition but rather we work together in “cooperation”, both in our individual businesses and for the betterment of the staging industry as a whole. I look forward to celebrating with you in your successes.

When you apprentice with LifeStyled Interiors, you will have the opportunity to do more than just hone your staging and showcasing skills. In my roles as a professional organizer, and Senior Relocation Specialist, there are aspects of helping a homeowner prepare to sell that go beyond that of a staging consultant. Become familiar with these issues and learn how to add professional organizing as one of your value added services. LifeStyled Interiors also provides staging for living/redesign services. As the mom of 2 special needs children I can give you a unique perspective as to the challenges this creates for a family when their house is on the market. Learn tips and strategies to help your homeowners deal with these issues. I am always available to be a resource to you if you have any future questions in this area. If you are interested in having me shadow one of your consultations, I can provide you with feedback and moral support. (You can introduce me as your assistant).
