Nanette Catarinella has over 30 years of experience in interior decorating, re-design, staging and real estate.

She is a licensed real estate broker and certified broker/appraiser as well as a certified interior re-designer and Certified Staging Professional. She is a member of the Pittsburgh Home Builders and Realtor’s® associations and past president of the Apartment Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh. Her family has been prominent in the Pittsburgh homebuilding industry for over 80 years and she has been “staging” model homes since the early 1970’s.

Her passion for decorating and lifetime of experience in real estate and interior design evolved into Room Styles Interiors, Pittsburgh’s premier interior decorating and consulting firm specializing in “one-day decorating” and real estate staging. Her work has been featured in the Pittsburgh Post Gazette, the Pittsburgh Tribune Review, Gateway Star publications and Home Design & Remodeling Resource Guide. Many examples of her work appear in the recently published book, “The Idiots Guide to Home Staging” available at booksellers nationwide.

Her professional memberships include the Interior Redesign Industry Specialists (IRIS), the Society of Decorating Professionals, (SDP), One Day Decorating Alumni Association, (ODDAA), Interior Design Society, (IDS, Affiliate), Decorators Alliance of North America, (DANA), Real Estate Staging Association, (RESA), and the Certified Staging Professionals Association.(CSP) She is also a trainer for Certified Staging Professionals and the Dewey Color System as well as a member of the Dewey Color Advisory Council.
