~Dream It!
Do It!~
Lynne was born in England in the year that Queen Elizabeth II and the same year that Sir Edmund Hilary and Tensing Norgay summated Mount Everest. (You figure it out!) She was raised and educated there and moved to Canada in 1973 as a young (very young) newly wed.

Lynne Corfield, Climber Of Everest
Taking time from the workforce to raise her two daughters Lynne spent ten years at home, working part time in various sales positions. Re-entry into the business world came by way of seven years in the human resource industry developing into many public speaking engagements. At the same time as this return to the business world, God began calling her to ordained ministry in the Anglican church of Canada. After a seven year struggle, Lynne gave up a successful career to return to school full time and earned her Masters of Divinity in 1997. She is currently working at St. John the Evangelist Anglican church in Niagara Falls, Ontario and is the Archdeacon of Brock Region.
In 2003 Lynne summated Mount Kilimanjaro reaching the roof of the world in Africa at 19, 350’. In 2004 she and her daughter walked the El Camino pilgrimage across Spain (900 km). In 2007 she trekked to Base Camp Everest (17, 500’) and climbed Kalapathar (18, 500’) in Nepal. If you wonder some days how you will ever face your daily challenges and survive, then hearing some of Lynne’s stories of overcoming adversity are a must for you!
